The Activities of Daily Living Complete DVD Training and Certificate Program is designed to provide caregivers with a comprehensive understanding of Activities of Daily Livings through the use of three (3) participant manuals, an instructor's guide, a video instructor's guide, the set of three Activities of Daily Living DVDs, three (3) exams and three (3) 10 CEU certificates upon successful completion, with an 85% or better, on the final, open-book exam.
The participant manual instructs caregivers how to assist residents with mouth care, bathing, grooming, eating and drinking, elimination, bed-making, and moving and positioning, while honoring the principles of assisted living.
By incorporating the video instructor's guide with the three Activities of Daily Living DVDs caregivers receive additional instruction and gain a more thorough understanding of providing proper cleanliness and competent assistance with ADLS in bathing, mouth care, grooming, dressing, eating, drinking, toileting and transferring.
